Fixed the "null" message when toggling the chat censor or tips on/off from chat, rather than from the preferences menu.

Quiet and AFK flags are now persistent throughout chat reconnections.

Channel history is no longer persistent throughout chat reinstances, so if chat crashes, history is gone [for most channels].

Re-added the auto-mute-for-spam functionality. Please don't try to be cute and test it.

When viewing your activity log, your IP is now hidden by default, requiring you to click the button if you wish for it to be displayed, as it seems most people would prefer it that way. This update requires a refresh.
