Looking for a partnership...

I always get bored during summer and go back to the Habbo retro community but it seems as if there are only a handful of good Habbo retros open anymore. Basically I am wondering if anyone would like to team up to try and create a fairly popular hotel. I am, more-or-less, looking for a developer as I do not have time to fix and update code. With regards to the costs I could most likely cover them. So to anyone truly interested, I would love to partner up and rejuvenate the Habbo retro community.
