Portforwarding help

So some of you may know that my hamachi is broken and won't work. I therefore decided to make a VPN server or whatever it's called. The problem is the portforwarding. When i try to go to my hotel, let's just say habbo.no-ip.biz. When i go there I get sent back to my portforward site. Why does that happen? PLEASE HELP

Yes, I have. I've managed to make me go to the retro, but when i try to load the client, it redirects me after some seconds... Do you know the problem for that?
