First of all, who is this gal on the right?
Age? Height? Cup size? Face?
Spoiler:
Hello friend but what all these should download?
Yeah, he's showing you the files you should download to ensure you have the correct libraries downloaded so you wont run into any VC++ runtime errors. Just search for each of them on google or Microsoft website.
Hi very good moderator, whether that is the cause of my problem is that my pc is 2 gb of ram tons to open the gameserver exceeds normal% which can allow pc tons the application is closed but no matter because I'm in process of buying a rAM of 4GB to be 6 so might oblige me to delete the post or place that was already solved, but thanks for your help: D

Ok, lets fetch the infos above.
Check the redists you have and which not. Download them by simply googling with/for: "visual c++ redistributable 20XX x86" AND/OR "visual c++ redistributable 20XX x64".
Replace the XX with the distinctive year of the runtime, e.g. 08, 12, etc. and install them afterwards. On request, do a restart.
For the hosting purpose, performance vise, stick at least to a 8GB hosting machine with a 64-bit operating system, preferable Windows 7 Ultimate 64x. 4GB are way too less. You will take more than 5 minutes to boot up your server (will get faster and shorter each time you restart. RAM caching system is quite smart). The client won't have enough resources loading those chunks at once. Even worse, if you are running a modified .dll and an unpacked "pk2" system for faster access, in exchange for loading speed.
