[Help] Npc IOCP Init Error

Are you people blind or just stupid?
Why should people help you with your error if you can't even follow the basic rules and guidelines for the help section? (available HERE)
You did not fulfill ANY ONE OF THE RULES!
This is getting beyond absurd at this point.

Go read the rules and repost accordingly if you actually want help. If not, hit the road.
