[Help] web panel exec failed array

but when i try to login , this error is show up .
what shoude i do , any help ? thank you sir

Most likely the panel is missing files. Try to check file paths, and SQL login information.

sql is connected but i thing function ECLIPSE_LOGIN is missing , i use Codex TheLiciaZ source , what shoude i do

Try to change ALTER to CREATE in the SQL script that comes with the panel.
