i think they using https://www.ovh.com/us/
We use the same host as RageZone, HyperFilter. They don't provide VPS services though. If your budget is under $200/month, don't bother with them.
However, OVH is the next best host for Anti-DDOS VPS's, just bear in mind that they now expect you to have proof of address and ID (i.e Passport or driving license).
You can check out https://xhosts.uk/gamevps. Though I've seen better plans, on better networks.
