Gameserver LOG problem (how to fix this ?)

Everything is ok but gameserver. Gameserver is just blank when we open it. No logs at All.
What is my problem please help me urgent. (sorry for my bad english) Thanks..

Engine Premium Doesn't Define Anything. What Season? What Files?
