what files? any errors in gameserver?
DataServer connect fail . in gameserver
So which fiels are you using..? if Dataserver connect fail it means something wrong with the files or database.

for golden dragon in data\events\eventmanagement.dat u can set the settings there, regen time = how long golden mobs stay on maps after invasion in seconds.
same applies to other events
