Certification error

i setup my old server that it was working good on my dedicated server .. so i rar all file and uploaded to a VPS server test .. so i get this error now .. i changed info in .ini file to match with news vps server and compiled again.. so i get this error ..

check ip in srNodeType

ip is good !

all info is good :(

but maybe because its a vps and no a dedicated server ??
