He asked for a PRE-pay and asked kinda nice sum of money.
He said it will be easy to complete what I'm asking for and after... well...
Communication: 0 (during 2 weeks received few answers like "I'm not home", "I have time til lthe end of deal" and so on).
Work progress in 2 weeks: 0

Doesn't answer to request to return the money. I want my money back because of obvious reason: work is not done (AT ALL).
Conclusion: have no idea what otrher people wrote about this person, but as described, I would highly recommend to avoid this person.

Update: As expected, didn't get any results so I was forced to make chargeback. Thanks to bank I got my money back, but have lost 2 weeks of time waiting for nothing.
I will keep tracking this person's nickname so noone else won't get scammed. IF he decides to change his nickname again, I will make updete in this post.
He met the wrong person to btch around with.

seems to be an unprofessional and a scammer at the same time I feel like he is just stalling and has no idea what he is doing , Mental i don't see how this is not a definite proof of a scammer in work.

One more thing I would like to say:
This person asked for VPS to "make some changes".
When I asked why does he need VPS, cause it's kinda piece of cake to install virtual machine, he said that he knows better what he needs and that it's my duty to provide him a workmachine. He asked for additional money to buy VPS on his own.

I just can't imagine the person who refuses to return my money back, if they didn't the work in spoken time. It's allright, everyone can have emergency, but then just fcking RETURN MONEY BACK. Well, now I'm reporting scammer, and my bad was there, where I used paypal option "Send money to friends" instead of using "Pay for service". Okay, seems like I've lost 200EUR there.
