Help me please

I have a problem opening the 7 application
1. accountserver.exe
2. databaseserver.exe
3. coreserver.exe
4. certifier.exe
5. cacheserver.exe
6. login server.exe
7. worldserver.exe

So here's my problem. I clicked the Application "Accountserver.exe" then I run it as Admin. then after i run It my Folder Hang or freeze i cant move it
become like this

and i look at the Task Manager to end process the folder.

i cant end process the accountserver.exe. take note note that the application did not pop up :3.

please help me guys I help me to troubleshot my problem i think in my Computer?

Maybe you need to rebuild the program. And try to check if our ram is fully used.
