Need Help Setting Up server

Server is running perfectly the login server running , game server running.

I got into game once after me messing around with setting but after that coulden't log back in .
Im Just wondering what it could be I got everything right. diden't change nothing since last login but it seems it keeps not letting me in . :/

Logs in to server screen but then
"Cannot connnect to server"

anybody know anything????

could it be client ect or?
