Hey , i use ia julia files , how am i fix delgado ? :?

if im not wrong that system is for s4.6 and iajulia gs is 4.5 so the event isnt completely coded.

but able to fix him . i dont have clue what do i try make its work but first need fix some of dialoge with him ...
