MSSQL server is offline OR I can't Access to it!

Hello everybody. I have problem with website like that

Please help me if you can fix this problem. Thank's beforehand.

Your webserver doesn't support mssql.
Download older version or:
1.Download https://docs.moodle.org/25/en/Instal...TDS_on_Windows for your php version and insert the dll here xampp\php\ext\
2.Download https://www.dll-files.com/msvcr71.dll.html and insert the dll here xampp\php\
3.Open php.ini and add extension=php_dblib.dll and uncomment extension = php_mssql.dll
4.Restart webserver

no KarLi did not fixed

login not allowed, edit sa account, allow login on it, and add new password (you can find under security tab.)

And if you are using sql 2000, please stop using it, and start use 2008 or 2012.
