just rename pangya_gb.iff to pangya_gb.iff.zip and extract it?

When i Extracted the pangya_gb.iff with winrar i See 3 iffs the Rest of iffs is Not Seen

It's because the files are marked as system files, go on your folder options and uncheck this option: http://i.imgur.com/cjm6Fox.jpg
