[Help] Trade Center - opening error

How to setup 'Trade Center'? It causes the following error:

ERR_COMMON_UNKNOWN_ERROR(0x2000) AT T_FC_EVENT_CHARACTERMODE_ENTER_BUILDING Param1(9394) Param2(o) Msg((null))

There has to be the line with number 9394 which is missing. I need the full line.
Are there any other tables responsible for the Trade Center?

There's an entire system behind it, which includes interface, database tables, server handling.
Unless you wish to make all of that yourself, give up now.
