Install SQL on Server Machine.

I try install sql on Windows 2012 r2 on my server machine...

Stop using sql 2000, use sql 2008 or 2012

Anyway it can be because you try to install the 2nd SQL engine on the same instence, and its not possible, and it can be another some problem...
Remove SQL 2000 totally, delete folder from program files etc, than install it again, but I recommend to use sql 2012.

I am sure you can install :D but better if you start using vmware or virtualbox while you test it, dont fuck your basic windows on your pc with testing things.
