does anyone have any query to add nx, or know which table to use ?

Do you have the Table for the nx? If yes you can add it using PayPalNx or Maple Credits(If I remember correctly).

No table nx, what to do?

If there's no table you have to add in the table manually before you can use the Nx.

You could try this.
ALTER TABLE `characters` ADD COLUMN `PayPalNX int(11) NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;

Uses who NX?
