I have not tested yet, but I can tell you that the game is popular in about 2001.

Although very old , but is very good designed. I think the best game is always from about 2007 before.

is the server a vm?and client connects to it?
which ip and port does it use?

use vm to open server and you can play this game in main windows

if you open server in Lan use Lan ip adresse if online use Lan&Wan ip you can use hex editor for edit ip in client and dont forget port forwarding

no tool for create accounts but if open server in online you can use website but i dont know how to do

made server :vm winserver 2003,sql server 2008
