can someone plz explain to me why all set itens exe cant show the glow effect of exe itens?

let me clarify that this is not a bug, but a default thing for season 8 files...like what others have said.

I have same issue here, Muemu 8.3, the exc glow effect isn't shown, hope someone will know it :)
