why want stop this? this is defend your code, you cannot make double id, then you want disable it you can make this object explorer-> refobjcommon table ->right click->design->click ID-> goto colum properties and you can disable Identity specification and change no this. save and this done.
Actually, start getting used to the FK and PK options of SQL Server. It is a good practice having a fluent and ongoing calculation of entries.
Not only for Objects inside the _RefObjCommon table, but also for _RefSkill, _RefQuest, etc.
Don't change it. Don't assume that getting your pre-made stuff and adding it will make you a pro database editor. Instead, get those lines (or create them yourself) and understand what you are actually doing with these lines.
