Need Help - Willing to Pay

Long story short I need help setting up an offline client of Vindictus where I can play around with avatar sets (Iset, Succubus, Vampire Slayer, Steampunk Heroine and so on...) and dyes .

I don't care about the gameplay, all I need is:

1. Unlimited access to as many female avatar sets as possible
2. Avatar dyes (preferably such that I can modify the R[x] G[x] B[x] myself)
3. Unlimited access to female inners\hair styles.

I basically need an offline outfit planner for Vindictus.
