So, some people told me to stop using AppServ and use XAMPP....
So could someone provide me xampp to download, and how to install it with the port 8090 because im creating my server on my own pc with shared internet and how to install WebCore on it.... thanks !
You need to first install xampp..
I recommend 1.7.1 and if u use sql 2008+ then 1.7.7
Just google how to change xampp apache port is super simple and then figure out installing the muwebsite and connecting to sql server.

If you want to run a real live server, than order a webservice somewhere, and run your website on dedicated hosting.
XAMPP is not for live servers, its for develop at home, so its a test webservice for developers.
We recommend that you always use the latest version of PHP and, therefore, the current version of XAMPP.
PHP 5 does not support MSSQL and you need to download an extension SQLSRV.
Since PHP 7 does not support MySQL and you must use an extension MySQL.
For Mucor XAMPP 1.7.1 or 1.7.3 or 1.7.7 as previously wrote @KarLi.
I was shocked when KarLi says use 1.7.1 (8 years ago xampp) :O
