Players will be able to join server since 18:00 GMT+2 in order to make sure they can connect properly, monsters and so on will be added an hour later.

OptiMUm PVP is a non-reset server dedicated to players who value balanced gameplay,
thrill of emotions and above all - fun which can be brought by the game itself if configured properly.

Our server is based on stable Season 6 files with addition of Season 8 Skill tree.
x20 rate of experience and x40 rate of drop along with non-reset setup are a warranty of long and challenging gameplay.

Beginning on first of November, there will be created a PVP League.
Players will compete with each other twice a week during custom arena event,
from each tournament two victors will emerge.
Final battles will take place on last weekend of the month.

Sure - there hasn't been born an admin, who could meet every player demands.
However we believe that server is created not only by administration, but also (if not mostly) by players themself. We're open to suggestions and believe that we can cooperate with each other,
in order to create most satisfying atmosphere of MU online.

Yes, website is currently offline, since we're dealing with DDOS attack, however server is running just fine.

Hello,
playing the server and it is really good so far, with many many players online and active gameplay. Tons of events. I also like the gambler but i find it bit unfair. Swords drop with no skill and i heard there is it's really low chance to drop with skill on (so far seen none). Now, if you buy sword or bows, there are tons of different weapons you can get and even if you get some good wep it prolly have no skill. Then staves and sticks are very few in the game, you can easily get good weapon and you need no skill. It's not like we wont get them anyway but it's unfair at this stage of the game for the classes that have many weapons in the game and need skill to be actually a useful weapon.
My suggestion is to either make the swords n bows with higher chance of having skill on (50% should be good) or make them cheaper than the weapons that need no skill.

We're a few weeks away from electing a new president from a pool of two unlikable candidates.

All I'm saying is that It's not fair for the classes that use the skill on their wep to be not able to get good weps from the gambler, while other classes can easily get amazing weapons for few million zen. I bought over 100 weps so far and none of them had skill. Can't wait for the moment when I will get RB or Dancer with no skill.
In the meantime we easily get excl raven stick and I see people walkin around with excl Kundun staves (one is with edr n speed even) n such at the second day of the server. Even if you get lucky n get good wep from the same tier you cannot use it bcuz u need the skill.
However, i guess we all have to live with that if you don't wanna listen to the players. Thank u for ur time anyways.

We can change the % for kundun Staff and other good weapons if you want it seriously

The server is set to drop good weps out of the bosses and this is great. But with the gamble you offer us right now it is not like this for some classes where others struggle for weps. I haven't drop too many BoK+5 but i dropped a few and all i got was Atlans tier items, so I assume i will get such grade of weps too. In the meantime gamble is giving away items that classes like BK ELF and MG cannot use bcuz they simply have no skill on.
My suggestion is to make it fair and give weps w/ skill for those classes just like u give kundun staffs for the others. I also like the idea of getting them harder out of the gambler, but you got to do it quick bcuz some ppl already have end game items. However, items should have skill on it or this whole gamble thing to be off, even tho i like it. For good.

Seems fine, but kinda hard for new comers, because all noobs in high gear afk on ALL low lvl spots for jewels. Should make low lvl maps not drops jewels to fix that problem or new people will just quit.

There are some people with 5 accs per ip yeah. But usually 2-3. But well that's the sad part of mu online. Altough there are always partys u can join. Right now 4 different partys are searching for members etc. There is still room for improvements, but it's not bad. Just need more english community.

Btw i wanted to ask if Agi rf formulas are working or not?

Brakeme its not ddos , admin want to do something and server crashed ;) its our fault. Today we have got a exp event for player 1-400 , exp will be 25 and started at 20:00 server time to 30.10.2016 20:00.
Agi rf formula is very good for pvm here, you can do barracs solo ;)

Because your server is continuously under attack. They are ovbiously attacking your connect server, which is why most of us cannot connect to the game.

You need to invest in some DDoS support, or you can even go as far as using multiple ports for your connect server, to minimize the attacks on your current one.

We are trying to play your game, but with it under attack most of the time, its frustrating and hard.

You need to be prepared for this when opening a server, trust me, i used to run servers a few years ago. You need to not only have DDoS protection, but you need to over compensate with it, just in case.

Its expensive, i know, but if your running servers its a MUST.

I'll continue to play, the server is great in respects to config, player activity, etc.

New players joing daily, but its getting to a point now where there are alot of players reaching ML, which of course is expected, but it puts the new players off. There are alot of Multi accounts, im included in that, but thats just the way of Mu these days, farming jewels is a must, and you have a limit on 5 accounts per IP. Bit excessive but thats your config.

Hopefully you can get the protection required, or move your database to another host that offer better protection.

If your needing help with that, i have a few connections and recommendations that would be able to assist you..
