Failed to learn skills

Ive searched the forum for this issue, and no one has a clear answer that has worked for me as yet so I decided to make a thread asking

Im using Odin files, with Hymn Client and whenever i use a skill scroll or a gm command to learn a skill it will say "Failed to learn skill.". Ive tried removing all skills from the database and using the GM command to learn the beginner skills but still getting the error. The only way that seems to work as of now for me is to add the skills in manually through the database.

I was wondering if anyone knows a fix, or know what might be the cause of this problem, Ive only recently begun to get into making my own server as ive only GFX'd for the most part of my time on Fiesta pservers so im not really sure what can be causing it :\

EDIT: I resolved the issue, im not sure if redoing OBDC again was the fix, or using the SQL Server instead of SQL Server Native Client 11.0 when adding a new data source
