Some shockwave requests

Hello,

I know I'm working on a R38 server already but if I'm not working on it I'm playing a bit around with shockwave, mostly v1-v13. Just see if I can do some cool stuff (cuz v1-v13 is already cool lol).

Now, lots of things are actually missing. So, this will be a big request thread lol but I'm sure there's somebody out there who can help (somebody...?)

1. Snowstorm packets, yes, to create snowstorm, which actually IS useful for my R38 server.
2. Battleball packets to fix powerups in Holograph Emulator and for my own server.
3. Somebody who can reverse engineer the v1 DCRs for me so I can get some packets (since all v1 servers made aren't... well... aren't that great). All are missing the right way of doing public rooms and some other stuff.
4. (I know this is probably useless..) but somebody who has gf_entry.dcr as I believe that's a v1 dcr that allows you to run the goldfish side of the DCRs (which I'm not sure of). I found it on web.archive.org but couldn't get the file and they're not in my v1 DCRs.
5. (Not that important) wobble squabble packets but I don't know if any server contains wobble squabble so if some server has please tell me where I can retrieve my packets.
