can't play kalonline on steam

hello guys,

in the last 3 weeks i always get this error when i open kalonline : it's not service hour or time. please check the homepage for the server condition.

i tried everything ..
tried ports forwarding UPD 27000 to 27015 via this tutorial :

tried to turn off my firewall/antivirus
did reset my router, reinstall both steam and kalonline but nothing helped

did anyone ever fix it? do i need to open other ports ?
