No all mobs use skill

Hi,where i can add for all mobs skill?Titan Tech season6

But this is not bug or problem!

If you see a guy with Knife and Sword and you are at WAR, what would you do? ofcourse go and fight him.
thats how monsters think too ^_^
1 solution - > make your character GM/Admin and maybe mobs will not attack you (works on older version 97d for example) dont know for scfmt titasn tech.
