depends how did u customized the WINGS, try to rotate to 360 degrees and test it again.

with 3d design program like milkshape 3d / autodesk 3ds max

you must render the cloack with animations , animation file is seperated example

cloack.smd - just model
cloakc_001.smd - animation
ifu dont have animation file i a m not sure then, usually when u convert .bmd to .smd u get animation file too.
