Problem Low load hp and riff

so I have server all its good,
but have problem with hp load its low and not fast :/
And Need Fix Riff .

Maybe he wanted to say was reflect 'ref' instead of 'riff'

yes its about Reflect , Sry for bad eng.

If your host are very slow or getting slow maybe thats the reason why using potion load slower, try to setup your server on localhost and you can see how fast or if its really slow filling your hp back.
