IAJulia\GMsystem.txt\ first number #0 = notice yes or no? (if 1 = when GM login = notice, if 0 when GM = no notice)
3. i dont know who that guy is, but it can be still in the data\message.wtf file .. if its guard then in GameServer\gameserver.ini
GuardSay = change here else find who that npc is .
