any website can work for s6ep3/sql 2008 (recommended for you = mucore 1.0.8) just install like this here:

when finished go htdocs/php/php.ini search for MSSQL and find extension and remove ; to enable it.
then download dll4xampp.exe https://mega.nz/#!1RIyjaYT!2Y0mp5Nfu...N-PSH0ZgfpGlnk install this file and restart 'apache' and website must connect to database then.
