town visual theme

Someone can help or know, how to change the town theme? (like summer, christmas etc.)
Already tried to edit FeatureMatrix and "TownVisualEffectInfo" table, but not work (maybe I miss something).

You can use a mod that has been released. It changes theme and others too. So you will get an idea how it works.
