Fully changed language folder to the new one and this is what I've got. Script_msg as well, swapped in many many many places which gives loads of mismatches.
I have just checked itemlist into that.. If it is not complete yet than just download sea cabal and wait for their updates..

Thread locked due to spam and inactive links. If there will be any good samaritans to re-upload these files, message me and I will unlock this thread.
Easiest way is to translate them by yourself Ladies and Gents, they are not far away from original one, most of the words (but not all) are even line matching if you use comparison programs such as: Diffuse Merge Tool.
P.S. These files were not properly translated to English based on the feedbacks.
