Help Bug DC and Bug Underbar .188!!!

Hi guys this is the video with the bugs, i have alot of tim trying to quite the bug but i cant i try alot of things who can help me!!

in the video you can watch the bug with underbar and when i execute que next query
UPDATE _RefCharDefault_Quest SET Service = 1
delete from _CHARQUEST where QuestID = 1
INSERT INTO _CharQuest (CharID, QuestID, Status,AchievementCount,StartTi

then the bug of underbar is fix but after execute the query all the new char that i create have the DC Bug!

First of all, don't enable all quests and then reinsert quests to characters which ... have false values.
Won't make sense.

Why? Simply that: You have deleted the quest from, lets say, your current character, but your server has that specific quest still activated, and since you are still in that appropriate quest level range, it will re-add it everytime you refresh your state (teleporting, disconnecting and reconnecting, etc).

Disable the default quest with the ID of 1. That one causes issues.
And then delete the quest from the _charquest table.

Secondly, remove that INSERT statement. It makes also no sense and will cause the crashing.

TL;DR
Do not activate all services at the _refchardefault_quest tabel, instead, disable the one with the ID of 1.
Remove the quest from all characters of _charquest by the quest ID of 1.
Do not execute the INSERT statement.
Done.

hi thx for help me, but my english is bad i understand this
first i go to the tablet refchardefault_quest and make this

then i go to the tablet CharQuest and delete all the Quest with ID=1

i make that and the underbar are not Disbug- but i dont have DC chars

plis who can help me with the Query! my server is only Chinese chars

If you follow what blapanda said it should have fixed your issue.
