I suggest you close same socket options from sets. Believe it would be better for your server and pvp.

Your player choose bad seed maybe +20 for level. But you allow same seeds.

Step 2:

So let's calculate this:
+100 for 1 item. If player will make seeds for all set + wings it would be +600 skill power for per level.

600 x 32.000(level) = 19.200.000.

Its so bad for server balance.

Ah and you allow ancient, too :)
