Need some help trying to get connected

First, I'll mention I'm pretty new to this and it's a bit overwhelming. But I'd like to start a private server simply for myself at home now that Global has collapsed. Due to all the dead links, I found this seemingly useful link for downloads and followed this seemingly self-explanatory guide for setting everything up. Everything seemed to go fine until I got to the Client section of the guide. Section 5b was also easy enough to create an account, but my issue lies with the files, I think. In my first posted link for the download archive, I don't see any file named PyClient_582.05-R1EN.rar or Pangya_PrivateClient to easily follow along with the guide anymore, but I downloaded some of the alleged client files in there thinking they may work, but can't seem to get anything working.
Would anybody be able to assist me in trying to get the client section up and running or provide accurate files that I may need? As I mentioned, I'm just looking for home use and not building a whole fantastical private server for people all around to go to. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
