Game-server (SS8) Not responding windows

I open pangya server SS8 ( Fresh up ) I can login to server but i can't play :sleep::sleep:
game server is Not responding (it say when i play Vs / match /

I also find this is not to solve it.

Try to run it with the original pangya_gb.iff, without any edits. If you use a edited course.iff for example or a wrong edited iff you will get a crash like this.
