Point Blank Config Updater

Hi, I'm back.

I'm not bringing anything like "my god what a fuck".
But for a lot of servers that start with IP hamachi on the server, instead of sending the new config to everyone, as soon as you exit the new update in config, just send a general warning to have it updated, it does not take 20 seconds to update.

Thanks for new releases but there is alot of server %80 %90 working but which emulator is better?
