Yes it is source code but only client it seems. And it seems it doesn't even contain a server. :/

Interesting, it has some styled things that look like DriftCity, i'd like working on a project like this. But i'm afraid there won't be many people playing this :p

I think the downloads on src.cool costs money too. So don't get your hopes up..
