problem client help me please

Hello guys can you help me with this problem? I have a client of mu season 12 I run the game with normality, it is anchored in the taskbar but when I click the icon it does not open the client window (as seen in the image) I can only hear the start music. My operating system is windows 7 32 bit sp1, my graphics card is nividia geforce gt 440. please help me, thanks.

Would you mind opening task manager by right clicking the task bar at the bottom and telling me if the client is not responding or is?
