i have this problem if anyone could help me

so i have this problem when i try to change odin file languge to arabic its just showin like this (???????) i try to change from font .ini but the same problem when i hex Odin.exe i found the font is compiend with it its like this Verdana.ttf when i try to change it to thesims.ttf font odien.exe carshesi have the arabic client file but even if i cahnge system file i have (input initialize fail!)and when i start my bat file with the arabic fiesta it says auth connection fial
i know its along talk sorry but i really need your help
