how to change the timezone. i use the search engine in this site but i only see is cw time

i want to change the timezone on ran online to philippines

Control Panel Of PC > Clock,Language and Region > At the date and time click Change the timezone

yeah bcoz what time on your vps/vds it automatically set also on your ran time timezone by time of ur ran server.
