I need to know, why Grow Lancer and Rage Fighter lvl creation is 400?

Isn't it too much? Even 250 or 300, it's hard on a x20 server...
But playing (something like) 7 days to reach lvl 400, and then be able to create RF or GL?
I don't think that's a good idea.

Based on our research and experience specially with the files we are using Rage Fighter Character will play a big role for PVP from mid to end-game phase. Grow Lancer on the other hand plays a great role for PVM and has a definitive advantage over solo hunts. To properly limit these characters shall prove a good move for the management side to maintain Market value for our players and all Character Classes well used.

I have to say, that you are right.
(but you forgot STR GL, that has lot more dmg than AGI one, but of course she can't afford solo hunting.
