i realize this problem has been addressed many times blah blah
but none of the threads had solutions.
I change the Exc drop rate in MMT_Items.txt
Nothing happens.. i tried low values and high values. Nothing.

i think like i todl you search offsets for 1.00.18 and change exc drop rate/luck of drop exc rate/ skill of drop exc rate
thats only way, the config is bugged on mmt
fixed. Thx all.
