[Help] Season XI - No NPCs & Monsters in CryWolf and DeepLoren

I work on fixing a bug in my server:
No NPCs & Monsters in CryWolf and DeepLoren

I found the reason,but i don't know how to fix it.
The server Doesn't load \Data\Monsters\MonsterSetBaseCS.txt
Please help me :(

check gameserver folder and if u can find a .CFG or .TXT file where it locates and loads those .txt and correct it maybe
