Catalog icons wont load

Hi, im coming across an error ive never seen before:
My hof_furni icons are trying to load from:
/resources/dcr/hof_furni/48246/dimmer_swtch_icon.png?retry=2

I've added this to my external_variables:
flash.dynamic.icon.download.name.template=icons/%typeid%%param%_icon.png

Any ideas?

My guess is that the key already exists or you use a messed up SWF pack like the plus one where override variables equals external_variables. So edit the variables in override_variables too.
