s12 lang.mpr

Hi, somebody know how open and edit lang.mpr to viet ? s12 client

i open the file with hex editor and i see many lines like
it reads items on (kor) if u search with hex u will understand what i mean.

other than that i download visual foxpro 9
and it didnt read it correctly it gave me this
