Installation guide :

Put files on your hosting , change IP, name base, password in /configs/db.json
Put SQL queries in your MuOnline base. (SQL ЗАПРОСЫ)
Change password for admin panel - configs/admin_auth.json

Try using xampp 1.7.1, it’s should work.
